RETURN POLICY

For health reasons we are not able to accept returns on masks. If you feel the product is defective please contact us, refunds will be issued  on a case by case bases. After our team has been notified, please allow 5 business days for refund to appear in your bank account.

 

Please contact us for return authorization prior to shipment at sales@ojo.nyc. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. If any of these requirements are not met we will be unable to process your return.
